Faith Enrollment through TADS

Dear Parents and Families of Faith Lutheran School,
In order to better meet the needs of our school families, we are moving to a new system to manage our enrollment and tuition. The system, called TADS, will allow our families to enroll in the school, manage their contact information, and manage their tuition accounts with Faith Lutheran online. This will not only make it more convenient for you, as much of the enrollment and tuition payment activity can be done from home, but also greatly reduce work and costs in our school office. TADS is a well established and secure school enrollment and tuition management firm used by several schools here in Anchorage as well as many of our WELS schools.
The process necessary to get our school families enrolled and in the program will take several steps. You will be contacted by TADS in the next few days to go online, set up your user password, and enter your basic information for enrollment. I am sorry to say that even if you have already filled out enrollment paperwork they will still ask you to resubmit some information. This is necessary to get your family entered into the system. (In subsequent years the process will be much easier as you will have already set up an account.)
After your enrollment is completed we at Faith will customize your tuition agreement and you will again be contacted when the agreement is ready to be signed by you. School families will be given several options for tuition payment including choosing the time of the month to make the payment and method. Credit card payments will require an additional fee, but electronic payments from your bank will not. Milk, sports fees, before and aftercare, uniform purchases, and any additional fees will all be managed through TADS. Cash and check payments can still be made to the school if necessary.
Please look for an email coming from TADS soon asking you to set up your enrollment account. Please feel free to contact me as well if you have any questions or need assistance. Though getting use to the new system will take some time, I am confident that TADS will make our tuition and enrollment management easier for both the school and the school families.

School Uniforms for 2014-2015

Dear Parents,
School uniforms will once again be worn Mondays through Thursdays (4 days per week) for the 2014-2015 school year. Fridays will remain a "casual day" following our dress code policy. As indicated in our handbook, the uniform will consist of a school logo polo shirt (long or short sleeved, in royal blue or black) and tan-colored khakis or chinos, skirt or shorts (in season). Old Navy is a good and reasonably-priced source for the pants or skirts, but many retail stores and used clothing (Value Village, etc.) stores carry pants and skirts of this type.  One short sleeve royal blue polo is provided for your child at enrollment. Any additional shirts needed can be purchased through the school.

Please use the following order form below to order any additional school uniform polos. Please place your order by Tuesday, July 22nd in order to receive it before the start of the school year.

Uniform Order Form 2014-2015 School Year

Short sleeve polos are $23 for youth sizes, $25 for adult sizes.
Long sleeve polos are $27 for youth sizes, $29 for adult sizes.

Multiple order spaces are provided below if you wish to order more than one size, color, or style.
