Chapel Service

You are invited to join us for our weekly chapel service this Thursday, February 26^th from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. Our chapel service message will be presented by Pastor Ewings. This week’s theme: Living for Jesus Means Showing Love (John). Families and friends are invited to come join us in starting our day with the Lord.

Co-Ed Indoor Soccer

Practice this week Tuesday, February 24^th and Thursday, February 26^th 4:00 to 5:45 p.m. at St. John’s United Methodist Church

YMCA VISITS

Grade K-2 students will visit the YMCA for swimming on Wednesday, February 25^th from 2-3 p.m. Grade 3-8 students will visit the YMCA for swimming on Friday, February 27^th from 2-3 p.m.

Our sincere appreciation to the Moua family and members of the Faith Hmong congregation for providing delicious Pho soup for Saturday’s Pho Feed and Basket Auction, as well as those who donated baskets and items for the Auction. Many thanks also to those who generously bid on our auction items. Over $2000 was raised for sports uniforms and playground improvements. Thank you!

We are approaching another Boxtops for Education deadline at the end of the month. Please send in any boxtops you have saved for us. Thanks!

Toddler Time is an hour of educational activities, structured play and a snack for children ages 0-5 and their caregivers. Toddler Time meets on Wednesdays from 10-11 a.m. in the Faith fellowship hall. For more information contact Mrs. Cara Ewings at 792-9388.

Midweek Lenten services at Faith Lutheran continue this Wednesday evening, February 25^th.  Families are invited to join us for a soup supper potluck at 6:00 p.m., followed by Lenten worship at 7:00 p.m.

Bring a soup, salad, dessert, or other dish to pass and join our church family for food and fellowship prior to worship.

UAA Basketball

Faith Lutheran Church has a group going to watch UAA Women’s and Men’s Basketball on Saturday the 28^th.  Tip off time for the women is 1:00 and for the men is 3:15.   Cost is $6 per ticket, if you buy through Ms. Wendland and let her know by Tuesday morning.   Otherwise it is $10 at the door.
