Chapel Service

You are invited to join us for our weekly chapel service this Thursday, October 9^th, from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. This week Pastor Moua will be leading our worship. This week’s message:  Living for Jesus Means Being Alive in Him (Ezekiel). Families and friends are invited to come join us in starting our day with the Lord.

Boys’ and Girls’ Basketball (grades 5-8) have their first games this week.

Tuesday, October 7^th will be a regular practice. The boys’ and girls teams’ will be playing games at Lumen Christi on Thursday, October 9^th. The girls’ game takes place at 4:15 p.m. and the boys’ game is at 5:15 p.m. GO Huskies!

There will be a Harvest Carnival work night on Wednesday, October 8^th from 6:30-8:30 p.m. You are invited to come for any part of or the entire time. We can use any interested and available persons to help us put together a great evening of fun for our school and church family. We still need volunteers to run some of our Harvest Carnival activities. We are also asking for donations of candy for the Harvest Carnival and baked treats for our cakewalk. Candy donations can be brought at any time and left in the school office. Cakes, cupcakes, caramel apples, and any creations fit for our cake walk can be brought to school from Tuesday, October 21^st and left in the kitchen. Please label items left  “For Cake Walk”.

Our “AROUND THE WORLD” Harvest Carnival takes place on October 24^th from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

THIS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10^th IS OUR “NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM” SOCIAL STUDIES FAIR!

Come and hear about some famous historical figures from the figures themselves! Ask questions and find out more about these fascinating people from throughout history.

The fair is open from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Refreshments will be provided by Faith PTF.

Students, your displays are due at school by WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8^th!
