Parent Connection November 24th - Issue #15

Chapel Service
You are invited to join us for our special weekly chapel service this Wednesday, November 26th, from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. Our chapel service message will be presented by Mr. Schneck. The theme this week is “Being Generous” (Gehazi).  The Handchime choir will play for this chapel service and are asked to be in the church by 8:15 a.m. to prepare. Families and friends are invited to come join us in starting our day with the Lord.
Instead of our regular offering, we will again be collecting a food offering for this chapel service. The chapel collection will be given to local charities for distribution, depending on what we collect (Anchorage and Wasilla Food Banks, Bean’s CafĂ©, etc.). We ask that items for the chapel collection be non-perishable dry or canned goods. These items can be brought for chapel on Wednesday, November 26thGive Thanks!

Thanks to everyone for the generous donations to a needy family in our Hispanic congregation with your donations at last week’s hot lunch. They were much appreciated.
